YouTube – Broadcast Yourself.<\/a><\/p>\n


\nSo I’m surfing the net to one of many links.<\/p>\n

At first I’m loving the whole youtube.com experience. It’s a great way to waste some time.<\/p>\n

Then … I found it, the I’m not so sure this is fun any more links. The kind as a parent that turns your stomach.<\/p>\n

First off you have a girl that can’t be that old. I’m so horrible at guessing age … 11 – 18. At any rate – a minor.<\/p>\n

She calls up a friend, and tells her\/him – can’t really tell – about her day. Throwing a ball in PE and sucking at it. Then it hits you. Square in the eyes. right in the heart.<\/p>\n

‘Then he raped me.’<\/p>\n

I listened to the video 2 or 3 times to make sure that’s what she said. Sure enough … <\/p>\n

So was it a sick joke? Are the random people on the net surfing from site to site a better outlet for this young person to confide in?<\/p>\n

It happend back in October – that’s when the video was published.<\/p>\n

If it didn’t happen, that’s one sick joke. Granted the over all tone of the situation is hard to read. The person in the video definitely has a sort of vindictive attitude. Of course with kids … you never know.<\/p>\n

With the other videos … it seems like a joke, but is it just a smoke screen? Is she trying to hide her pain with humor.<\/p>\n

I can’t tell I don’t read people very well either. That’s why I just stay away from them in general.<\/p>\n

There are only 7 videos, 2 of which is the same ‘he raped me’ videos.<\/p>\n
