Looks like the RIAA is hitting trying to kill the head this time.

\nMy problems with the RIAA:<\/p>\n

  • Millions of hours of music is given away yearly on an invention called radio.\n<\/li>\n
  • You can legally record off this device with no fear of any lawsuit.\n<\/li>\n
  • Don’t know if it’s legal or not, but you can give that recording to a friend, and the chances are nill that you’re going to go to jail, or get sued.\n<\/li>\n

    Sure the RIAA can claim that they are loosing sales … and more than likely they are. After all why buy from a company that’s more than happy to sue you?<\/p>\n

    Get over it. RIAA, you’re giving your music away, and you’ve been doing it years before the internet even came around.<\/p>\n

    Personally I think your decline in sales are not from pirates, or file sharers. I think it’s from the independent artist like me. The ones that offer their art for free<\/a>. I’m not the only one either. There are thousands<\/a> and thousands<\/a> of us out here just giving our music away.<\/p>\n
