When I was younger …
When I was younger I was told to obey authority.
When do you stop obeying, and start questioning?
It’s weird. You think you’re going to go to jail for something, and you’ll do just about anything to get out of it, who really wants to go to jail? This man must have been very convincing.
I’m guessing, that he said something to them along the lines of “If you don’t do this you’ll be an accessory. An accessory to robbery is a felony, at the very least you’re going to loose a year of your life if you plea bargin.”
Said in the right way just about anyone.
Then there’s the whole Natzi thing. Kill these people. ‘No’ ok *bang* you kill these people. “Sir yes sir.”
You’re not really thinking about right, or wrong in one of those situations. You’re thinking about self preservation, you’re thinking about staying alive. So these people were probably just thinking … stay out of jail.
The whole time I’m reading this I’m thinking … the managers at any time could have just asked 1 question and it would have answered all. Why is this ‘police officer’ asking me to commit a felony?
